    I want to know if I can convert ntsc to pal on my apple computer and print on my dvd recorder, panasonic t2020 and be able to have europeans to view on their pal tv? Let me know. Thanks! Jerome, deaf filmmaker and videomaker

    i dont see it being a problem if you make ntsc dvds because most dvd players can play both. your recorder shouldnt put a regional code on it so it will play on most dvd players, and new tvs these days support ntsc and pal
